    Export a clean CSV

    For HubSpot or SalesForce users our native two way data sync is the fastest solution to add AI research into your CRM. For other CRMs you can use this guide.

    Once your Autoloop finishes, open the dataset and select Export > CSV. Choose whether to include helper columns or only the enriched outputs. The file downloads instantly with column headers that match your task schema.

    Map the CSV to your CRM fields

    In your CRM import tool, align each PromptLoop column with the correct destination field. Save this mapping as a template so future imports take seconds. If you rely on a data warehouse, you can load the CSV into Snowflake or BigQuery before syncing downstream.

    Automate recurring syncs

    If you need daily updates, add the exported CSV to an automation tool like Zapier or a custom script. Many teams schedule a job that pulls the latest dataset via the PromptLoop API and posts it directly to their CRM, ensuring reps always see the newest findings.
