Connect your HubSpot account
Connect PromptLoop with HubSpot to research company data and sync selected results back to your CRM. HubSpot AI enrichment is available on every PromptLoop plan, uses your existing research credits, and is shared across your PromptLoop team.
Team-wide access
Only one team member needs to set up the connection for the entire team to use it. Once connected, everyone on your team can import lists and sync data.
Prerequisites
Before you begin, make sure you have:
- A PromptLoop account (the free plan includes credits for a small test)
- Admin or Super Admin access to your HubSpot account
- Permission to authorize third-party applications in HubSpot
Steps to connect HubSpot
1. Navigate to integration settings
Go to your account integrations page in PromptLoop. You'll find this under Account Settings → Integrations.
If you begin in the HubSpot Marketplace, PromptLoop will first ask you to sign in or create an account so the HubSpot portal can be connected to the correct PromptLoop team. Authorization resumes automatically after sign-in.
2. Click "Connect to HubSpot"
On the integrations page, locate the HubSpot section and click the Connect to HubSpot button.
3. Authorize PromptLoop in HubSpot
You'll be redirected to HubSpot to authorize the connection. Review the permissions and click Accept to grant PromptLoop access to:
- Read and write company properties
- Access company lists
- Create and update records
- Read the CRM context required for optional deal notes and entity research

4. Confirm successful connection
After authorizing, you'll be redirected back to PromptLoop. You should see a confirmation message and access to HubSpot import and sync features.

What you can do next
Once connected, you can:
- Set up automatic enrichment – Automatically enrich new companies added to HubSpot
- Import company lists – Bring HubSpot data into PromptLoop for research tasks
- Sync results back – Update HubSpot properties with enrichment data
Managing your connection
View connection status
Visit the integrations page to see your active HubSpot connection, including which team member connected it and when.
Disconnect from HubSpot
If you need to disconnect:
- Go to the integrations page
- Find the HubSpot section
- Click the Disconnect button
- Confirm your choice in the dialog
Disconnecting will stop automatic enrichments and prevent syncing, but won't delete any existing data in PromptLoop or HubSpot.
FAQs
Do I need to reconnect if I change my HubSpot password?
No. The integration uses OAuth tokens that remain valid even if you change your password. You only need to reconnect if you explicitly disconnect or revoke access in HubSpot settings.
Can multiple team members connect their own HubSpot accounts?
No. PromptLoop uses one HubSpot connection per team. If someone else connects a different HubSpot account, it will replace the existing connection.
What happens to scheduled auto-enrichments if I disconnect?
They will stop running immediately. If you reconnect later, you'll need to reconfigure your auto-enrichment settings.
