Assign the right role for each person
Roles determine who can edit datasets, update tasks, or approve quotas:
- Owner: manages billing, seats, and integrations.
- Builder: creates datasets, edits Vesta tasks, and launches Autoloops.
- Reviewer: monitors queues, leaves notes, and exports results.
Choose the lowest role that still lets someone do their job; you can always upgrade later.
Send invitations with context
When you add a teammate under Account > Members, include a quick note about what you want them to review. We recommend sharing:
- A link to the dataset or task you want them to see.
- The desired customer outcome (e.g., "Find recent funding rounds").
- Any deadline or quality checklist you expect them to follow.
The extra context reduces back-and-forth in your first week together.
Track activity inside PromptLoop
Visit Account > Activity once everyone has joined. You will see when teammates upload datasets, edit YAML, or export results. This audit trail makes it simple to coach new researchers or revert unexpected changes.
