🚩 Common Error Messages:
To re-run a function with a certain set of inputs that caused an error, clear the cell and re-type in the function with the same inputs.
This error message indicates that the input, output examples, and/or target value are not correctly formatted or are of the wrong type. For Promptloop to work - you must provide inputs based on the documentation of each Promptloop function. They may not contain undefined values, blank cells, or #ERRORS!.
This message occurs when theGoogle account being used is not linked to an active Promptloop account. We recommend making sure that you have clicked the 'Activate Button' in the extension menu and see your email displayed there.
It also may indicate that you have hit the limit of your plan's credit usage. You can read more about plan options here in addition to how to monitor usage here. If you have just upgraded your subscription and continue to hit credit limits, we recommend going to the extension and clicking the 'Re-activate' option before trying to run your functions again. If you think your account is being incorrectly charged for credits please reach out.
If you are continuing to get account errors you may need to reinstall the PromptLoop Add In. You can find more information on how to do that here
This message occurs when there is an internal error and the request times out. You can commonly solve this issue by clearing out the cell before re-running the same function.
This error message indicates that PromptLoop is not Activated in this sheet - Navigate to the Extensions menu and Activate or Re-activate to proceed. You may have to reload the sheet and delete / re-enter the formula if this persists.
